Greasemonkey: New Xanga private home page linker
If you missed the news, Xanga has a new private home page in the works... it's a big improvement over the old one!
(although... if it's a "Universal Inbox", why don't my subscriptions show up in it??)
I like it so much that I don't want to wait for Xanga to make it the official private home, so I slapped together a Greasemonkey script that changes links to the old page so they point to the new page.

Awesome. The new private home page is great. Thanks for the script. When I get home I'll give her a try. :)
I have no idea about what script is being used on my layout and such...I actually have a smilies script I am trying to get to work from Alice and It is not working because I am an airhead and can not figure out the simplicity of the changes needed..

smiley script is not going to work on your site, because your site uses Xanga themes, which does not yet support javascript. They're working on it :)
hey sean, just a heads up but if you use this link http://www.xanga.com/private/homemain.aspx?set=1 it will set the new page as your default =). if you want to go back to the old one, just click the link "back to your old home page".
also, subscriptions are coming soon!
